| I have been looking for this book ever since seeing a friend's copy. This book is full of common-sense advice intermingled with a well-thought out plan for preventing issues in a rental situation. Now that I've found this, I'm stocking up for gifts for some of my other friends, both renters and non-renters alike. There is enough good advice here for home owners to make it worth the read no matter your living situation. |
