This is not use friendly
You can not navigate through chapters or save where your progress is. You have to start at the beginning each time and try to find where you left off by trial and error. This is simply audio not a true audio book.

Excellent!
I started listening to this on dog walks and found it so helpful that I purchased the book version. It includes many examples of training games you can play with your dog to help improve specific areas by teaching your dog certain "concepts" such as learning boundaries etc.
